Wine is an Open Source implementation of the Windows API on top of X, OpenGL, and Unix.
Wine 0.9.46 was released today, with the following main changes:
Better heuristics for making windows managed.
Automatic detection of timezone parameters.
Improvements to the builtin WordPad.
Better signatures support in crypt32.
Still more gdiplus functions.
Lots of bug fixes.
